If a result calls for a saving throw, the DC is 8 + Proficiency Bonus + Constitution Modifer.
Proficiency Bonus is shortened to PB.
| Roll | Effect |
|---|---|
| 01-02 | Magic infuses one weapon of your choice that you are holding. Until your rage ends, the weapon's damage type changes to force, and it gains the light and thrown properties, with a normal range of 20 feet and a long range of 60 feet. If the weapon leaves your hand, the weapon reappears in your hand at the end of the current turn. |
| 03-04 | A bolt of light shoots from your chest. Another creature of your choice that you can see within 30 feet of you must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take PBd6 radiant damage and be blinded until the start of your next turn. Until your rage ends, you can use this effect again on each of your turns as a bonus action. |
| 05-06 | Every creature on the map swaps places with another random creature on the map. If a creature is too large to fit into the location it is being swapped too then it does not move, and its partner picks another random creature. |
| 07-08 | Your breath is very spicy. All creatures in a 15ft cone directly in front of you must make a Dexterity saving throw or take PBd8 fire damage, or half as much on a success. |
| 09-10 | You grow a lashing, spiny tail, which deals 1d8 piercing damage on a hit and has the reach property. If a creature you can see within 10 feet of you hits you with an attack roll, you can use your reaction to swipe your tail and roll a d8, applying a bonus to your AC equal to the number rolled, potentially causing the attack to miss you. |
| 11-12 | Your long jump is increased by 10 feet and your high jump by 3 for the duration. |
| 13-14 | An intangible spirit, which looks like a flumph or a pixie (your choice), appears within 5 feet of one creature of your choice that you can see within 30 feet of you. At the end of the current turn, the spirit explodes, and each creature within 5 feet of it must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take PBd6 force damage. Until your rage ends, you can use this effect again, summoning another spirit, on each of your turns as a bonus action. |
| 15-16 | Your speed increases by 15 feet for the duration (before instinctive pounce) for the duration. |
| 17-18 | Your allies have advantage on melee attack rolls against any creature within 5 feet of you that is hostile to you for the duration. |
| 19-20 | Until the start of your next turn, every creature’s weapon is turned into a chair which deals 1d4 Bludgeoning damage on a hit. |
| 21-22 | A random creature within 60 feet must use its reaction to move its movespeed in a random direction of your choice |
| 23-24 | You and 1d4 creatures are transported to a random plane of the DMs choice. A creature returns at the start of their next turn. |
| 25-26 | Everyone falls prone. |
| 27-28 | Spectral warriors appear when you enter your rage. While you're raging, the first creature you hit with an attack on your turn becomes the target of the warriors, which hinder its attacks. Until the start of your next turn, that target has disadvantage on any attack roll that isn't against you, and when the target hits a creature other than you with an attack, that creature has resistance to the damage dealt by the attack. The effect on the target ends early if your rage ends. |
| 29-30 | While you're raging, the first creature you hit on each of your turns with a weapon attack takes extra damage equal to 1d6 + half your Barbarian level. The extra damage is necrotic or radiant. |
| 31-32 | You gain resistance to all damage except psychic for the duration of your rage. |
| 33-34 | You summon a single cat at the start of each of your turns. |
| 35-36 | Each creature of your choice that you can see within 30 feet of you must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take PBd12 necrotic damage. You gain temporary hitpoints equal to half of the roll above. |
| 37-38 | Each of your hands transforms into a claw, which you can use as a weapon if it’s empty. It deals PBd6 slashing damage on a hit. Once on each of your turns when you attack with a claw using the Attack action, you can make one additional claw attack as part of the same action. |
| 39-40 | The Geese |
| 41-42 | The nearest enemy drops whatever it is holding (if it is not holding anything, pick the next nearest enemy until one can drop something). That item is now added to your inventory, regardless of the distance. |
| 43-44 | Whenever a creature hits you with an attack roll before your rage ends, that creature takes PBd6 force damage, as magic lashes out in retribution. |
| 45-46 | At the start of your turn, a random creature within 60 feet can make an extra attack when they take the attack action on a turn. |
| 47-48 | Your mouth transforms into a bestial muzzle or great mandibles (your choice). It deals PBd8 piercing damage on a hit. Once on each of your turns when you damage a creature with this bite, you regain a number of hit points equal to your proficiency bonus, provided you have less than half your hit points when you hit. |

| 71-72 | Your reach increases by 5 feet, and if you are smaller than Large, you become Large, along with anything you are wearing. If there isn’t enough room for you to increase your size, your size doesn’t change. |
| 73-74 | All creatures within 20 feet (including you) must make a Constitution saving throw or take PBd6 poison damage, or half as much on a success. |

| 91-92 | Everyone becomes deaf for the next PB rounds. |

| 99-00 | You transform into a Large sized Goose. You have 15*PB hp while transformed and your unarmed strikes deal 1d8 Bludgeoning damage and are considered magical. When you reach 0 hp as the Goose, you revert to your original form with any damage carrying over and ending your rage. |
